The BEST Chicago Style Hot Dog I’ve ever had outside the Windy City. I knew it was going to be authentic when they had Green River in the drink case. The staff treat you like old friends at the neighborhood cookout. For anyone homesick for authentic Chicago style hot dogs and Italian Beef, this place is a god-send. 1000/10 highly recommend!

Update 5/28/25: Took the dive and tried the Italian Beef. Damn good sandwich!! The bomb! Great atmosphere, service and the dawgs....... Delicious!! My favorite stop when in the area.

Hands down the best Italian beef sandwich we’ve ever had. The guy working there was really nice. We came to this place on a whim and left impressed with how great the food was especially the fresh cut fries. 10/10 recommend this place. Definitely on our list of must haves while on vacation.

We go to Tony’s Chicago Beef every single day because of how amazing this place is! Totally down home, family owned establishment. A staple to Sarasota! The food is great, super fresh you can watch them fresh cut the potatoes for fries and pull fresh produce and meats out when they open. You can watch them cook the food so you know exactly how good the quality is. and the people are sooo friendly and will actually say hello, Just like Chicago best Chicago dog & sammiches! The only place in Sarasota you can still get real food and a real meal for 10. Thanks for keeping it real Tony
